results of questionnaire

Results of part one: trailers

This feedback helps me understand the ratio between males and female who filled out the questionnaire and lets me know which gender were more interested in watching films. There were more female respondent than male, more willing to answer the questionnaire. This means that I should focus more on the female point of view and maybe have the main character as female.

This feedback helps me understand the general age of respondents and lets me know which age group were more interested in watching films. The age of the respondents who filled in the questionnaire varied from younger views, under the age of 25, were more willing to answer the questionnaire. This means that I can focus my trailer at this age group.

This feedback helps me understand what genre of film the respondent favour the most, also what maybe popular to other respondent. The genre of film varied from the popular being action and science fiction, the less being adventure and comedy. This means that I should focus my trailer and research on these genre.

Results of part two: film posters

This feedback helps me understand what attracts the respondents to film posters and the popular choices. The popular conventions of film posters being the main image, the title and the colours used on it. This shows me that when creating the poster to the trailer, to focus on these three conventions.
